Manager, Residential Developmental Disabilities (Education)

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Residential Developmental Disabilities, the Manager, Residential Developmental Disabilities will oversee, in accordance with Maryland State's regulations {COMAR), well-established residential homes/units for adults with developmental disabilities located in Howard County, MD. Facilitating and actively participating in Person Centered Planning for adults with Intellectual/Development Disabilities while collaborating with team members to assist individuals served obtaining their daily living and community integration goals is key to this role. Overseeing client's medical needs in collaboration in collaboration with the Delegating Nurse as well as insuring documentation compliance. This position will supervise Residential Registered Behavioral Technicians and Direct Support Professionals.
