Sr. Regulatory Affairs Manager (Planner IV) (Project Management)
Primary Function:
Plans, schedules, conducts, and/or coordinates detailed phases of planning work in a number of large and important projects. Develops plans for utilization of land and physical facilities of cities, counties, and metropolitan areas, exercising full planning responsibility for interpreting, organizing, coordinating, and executing assignments. Maintains liaisons with individuals and units both inside and outside the company.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Normally requires a 4-year degree in Environmental Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture, or Civil Engineering (or related curriculum) and typically 7-10 years' related experience (or equivalent working knowledge/experience). A Master's degree in Planning and certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners is strongly preferred.
