Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Engineering and Supply Chain Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across engineering disciplines and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, supply chain operations, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
· Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs in engineering and supply chain departments.
· Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles such as mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, as well as logistics, procurement, and operations professionals.
· Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
· Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure a seamless and inclusive hiring process.
· Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruiting for engineering and supply chain roles.
· Assist with other hiring needs within the company including both salaried and hourly positions.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on engineering and/or supply chain roles.
· Strong understanding of technical job functions and supply chain operations.
· Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors is a plus.
· A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment

Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday - Friday at our Little Chute and Neenah, WI manufacturing facilities.

Physical and Mental Demands:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.

· Mental demands include multi-tasking, decision making, problem solving, comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing data.
