Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel

Payroll experience, with knowledge of Oracle cloud based or other payroll systems
Advanced Excel skills
Audit payroll reports generated by payroll system; identify errors and correct issues from payroll process
Monitor payroll flows for completion and take action on identified issues
Issue payments that failed during normal payroll processing
Resolve tickets received by reporting system and respond to payroll questions from divisions and associates
