Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort is looking for a talented Spa and Recreation Manager to join the team!
Nestled just three miles from the vibrant restaurants and shops of Las Olas Boulevard, our stunning 374-room hotel offers the perfect blend of elegance and convenience. With 8,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event space from grand ballrooms to intimate boardrooms, we're ready to bring your clients' next event to life!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, fitness, recreation, or spa services, preferably within a hotel or standalone spa environment. This dynamic role reports directly to the Resort Manager and encompasses a wide range of responsibilities focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences across wellness and recreational offerings. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate operations at the fitness center, kids' club, pool and beach areas, and spa. A background in lifestyle luxury is preferred. A passion for hospitality, strong financial acumen, proven leadership skills, and a drive to refine and elevate service standards are essential.
Shift Pattern:Full availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, to support operational needs.

What will I be doing?
- Directs and oversees the marketing, programs and operation of the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards.
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
