Sustainability Program Manager, Climate (Biotech)
Job Summary
Medline is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to implement its Environmental Sustainability strategy globally, with a strong emphasis on GHG emissions reduction. This role sits within Medline's global Sustainability Program and will oversee the administration of the company's greenhouse gas inventory, develop and implement carbon reduction strategies, and administer the climate risk assessment process. This role will closely partner and strategically align with divisional, functional and regional leaders to create and maintain action plans for carbon emissions reductions. This role requires a deep understanding of environmental sustainability practices in corporations, GHG accounting and project management.Job Description

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$115,440.00 - $173,160.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
