• Operate robotics for changeover & adjustments.

• Handle start-up and shut-down duties relating to equipment at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Check that each machine is in good repair and works following regulations set by the company.

• Responsible for machine integrity and quality checks on each product order.

• Monitor correct weights and ensure that they are maintained throughout the shift.

• Handle/discard waste that machines produce.

• Monitor machines by using appropriate controls to produce different items.

• Load and unload items into machines and remove rejected products.

• Follow all GMPs and Safety Procedures.

• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a 2-year technical degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in a Technical Operator related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in using your organizational skills.

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role.

• Must have mechanical aptitude skills.

• Must have effective communication skills.

• Must have good math skills.

• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions.

• Must be able to work independently.

• Must be able to identify problems and respond accordingly.
