The Team

We are seeking a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to join American Tower's Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) team. The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) leads and assists with the completion of a variety of corporate finance functions, including Quarterly Forecast, Capex Planning, Long term Plan, Annual Budget, consolidation of quarterly financial and statistical information to support the earnings release process, and the drafting and coordinating of analytical reports provided to senior management and the board of directors. The incumbent will also partner with the Global Data Governance team to ensure the integrity of data. The incumbent will use business knowledge and financial expertise to continuously identify opportunities and needs for new and improved reporting and analytics to further drive business decision-making. The FP&A Manager will support the analysis of potential mergers and acquisitions, business development activities, capital markets transactions, treasury operations and the preparation of rating agency and investor relations materials, as well as other ad-hoc requests.
