What Youll Do:
As our Dining Services Director, you will lead our culinary operations and dining experience, directly impacting the lives of our residents and the success of our team by:
Inspiring the dining services team to provide excellent customer service, leading by example and aligning with our Core Values of Compassion, Respect, Trust, Fun, and Always Learning!Creating fresh, high-quality menus for daily meals, catering, and special events. You'll modify menus based on food trends, costs, local tastes, seasonal availability, dietary restrictions, and resident preferences.Training and developing dining staff to create stellar experiences for our residents.Managing supplies, schedules, equipment, budgets, processes, and procedures that enhance the resident experience, meet state and federal guidelines, and ensure all food safety regulatory requirements are met.Building positive relationships with residents, families, associates, and vendors.
