Leave Specialist (Full-Time Remote, North Carolina Based) (Finance)
The Leave Specialist will provide support to the Human Resources department in benefits related leave administration for Alliance. This position will administer leave requests and accommodations that arise under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability plans, and other medical related leaves.
This position will allow the successful candidate the option to work remotely, hybrid, or on-site. North Carolina residency is required. The hire will be required to report on-site for meetings as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Associates degree from an accredited institution and four (4) years of Human Resources experience with a focus on leave administration to include FMLA, ADA, short-term and long-term disability. Experience working in a HCM system required.
OR
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and two (2) years of Human Resources experience with a focus on leave administration to include FMLA, ADA, short-term and long-term disability. Experience working in a HCM system required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities-
Salary Range
$28.12-$35.85/Hourly
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
