Job Description
The Inside Sales Administrator will support our Outside Sales Representatives by coordinating sales-related activities while promoting customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
Assists in all functions of the administration teamMaintaining compliance with policies and proceduresMonitoring and responding to emails from our shared administrator inboxAnswering phone calls in a professional and courteous mannerAssist in the resolution of order processing problems by working as the liaison person between sales and our customersLoading price data to ensure accurate invoicingCreation and distribution of project submittalsCreation and distribution of quotes and contracts
Qualifications and Experience:
0-2 years experience in a sales support or customer service roleEnglish/Spanish bilingual preferred Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to perform detailed work accuratelyAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong follow through skills are importantAbility to work independently and interact with all levels of management
