What You'll Do:

Position Overview:

The Senior Client Support Professional provides high touch support to Commercial clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, by serving as a liaison between internal contacts such as Loan Ops, Treasury Management and Deposit Operations.

  • Provide administrative support for 3-5 Commercial Lenders with complex portfolios within a specific market
  • Process daily customer requests via phone and/or system such as account opening, balance inquiries, wire processing, advances, transfers, payoffs and pay downs on loans
  • Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues and onboard new clients
  • Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, preparing loan packages, data entry, tracking vendor invoices and gathering information to resolve issues or complete projects
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
  • Work with limited direction, becoming a subject matter expert and provide training and coaching to others in the department to increase overall knowledge, expertise and productivity

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 – 7 years' C&I or CRE commercial support or commercial loan servicing experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of organization and time-management with keen attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly to changes in priorities and tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word; familiarity with FIS, Image Centre, Salesforce, and/or ACBS a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of various loan documents, banking processing standards, best practices, and audit control procedures
  • Considerable knowledge of commercial real estate lending including letters of credit, syndicated transactions, borrowing base lending, multi-phased construction, and transactions secured by multiple collateral properties
  • Strong technical expertise in closing and loan management functions
  • Demonstrated ability to close commercial real estate loans and manage a commercial real estate loan portfolio
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate finance, law, documentation, accounting and data systems
  • Ability to meet the requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $50,000-$65,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
