Program Manager Sales (Marketing)
Job Summary
Manage and oversee daily sales and operations for TrackPoint Solution, Medline's inventory management and charge capturing system for the Non-Acute space. Support field and corporate accounts teams in closing new business and assisting existing customers.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Answer questions from the field about capabilities, features, and use-cases
Coordinate and conduct customer demos, both virtually and in-person, with an estimate of 20-30 demos per week
Follow up after demos, including call summaries, contract requests, and outlining next steps
Conduct training sessions for new customers, with an estimate of 5-10 trainings per week
Manage communications between Sales, Sales Training, Marketing, ECOM, Implementation/RFP Teams, and SCO regarding program maintenance and development
Develop and build materials to support and grow the program
Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to ECOM development contacts
Train new representatives in PHASE training and ongoing education at NSM or mini meetings
Partner with SCO/corporate sales on implementations
Assist in developing TrackPoint content for formal customer RFPs
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Work Experience
At least 3 years of sales program management skills, with ability and proven track record to plan, manage and develop strategic initiatives to successful goal completion.
Experience using business analytical skills.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience developing strategic initiatives, which align with business goals and budget.
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
