What is the opportunity?:
Omnissa is actively seeking an experienced Benefits Manager for the Americas with an ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. Highly motivated and self-directed individual, with proven success in benefits domain knowledge, benefits administration and benefits vendor management. Here's more :

• Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, savings, life/disability, time off, perks/allowances) across the Americas Region (US, Costa Rica, Canada and Mexico).
• Manage and develop a team of Benefits Analysts, providing guidance, support, and oversight of daily operations.
• Manage annual open enrollment and new hire enrollment processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Oversee benefits vendor relationships, including brokers and consulting partners, ensuring service quality, alignment to strategy, and favorable contract terms.
• Collaborate with HR Leaders to ensure benefits are compliant with local laws (e.g., ERISA, ACA, FLSA).
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to develop and deliver clear and engaging employee benefits communications.
• Conduct benchmarking and data analysis to assess plan effectiveness and guide enhancements.
• Establish scalable processes and an operating model for benefits vendor oversight and program governance.
• Partner with regional HR teams to align benefits offerings with business goals and ensure local relevance.
• Advise senior leaders on benefit-related risks, trends, and opportunities using strong analytical insights. • Manage and track employee benefits-related inquiries and requests through JIRA, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Partner with Finance to ensure timely vendor payments, including direct billing and self-bill arrangements.
• Collaborate with vendors to establish and maintain accurate data bridges, file feeds, and other technical integrations.

What will you bring to Omnissa?: • 8-10 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, including hands-on management of AMER regions
• Ideally comes from a fast-paced, fast-growing SaaS or tech company
• Proven track record in designing and implementing health, retirement, time-off, and wellness benefits across multiple regions.
• Strong experience in managing external vendors, brokers, and consulting partners, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA, FLSA), with exposure to international labor laws.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute scalable benefit strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with experience partnering across HR, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications.
• Experience advising senior leaders and influencing decisions related to benefits strategy and employee experience.

This team member will play an integral role for the company. It's a fast-paced, dynamic, and exciting environment. Location: Silicon Valley of California or Atlanta, GA. The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working remotely, but when required to travel into an office or when required to support planning activities.
