Pharmacy Go To Market RFI Process Lead (Finance)
As part of Cigna Pharmacy Go To Market Team, the Request for Information (RFI) Process Management lead serves as the primary RFI subject matter expert and process manager for the Pharmacy Go To Market team. This role will be responsible for developing a process to streamline the intake, coordination, tracking, quality, and completion of requests for information (RFI) that originate with a broker or consultant on behalf of a Cigna client and will maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to advance the Cigna Pharmacy Management client retention & growth strategies.
Areas of Accountability:
Partner with the Medical sales teams and internal CPIM matrix partners to identify and remediate gaps within the existing request for information process.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies within the existing process for the intake end to end process including the development, quality, tracking and completion of requests for information.
Be present to educate and advance the knowledge of the RFI process within the Cigna Medical sales organization.
Responsible for ongoing communication and education of sales teams, including the creation of execution of the communication plan to roll out developed process to GTM and matrix partners.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,000 - 171,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
