Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years experience working in an intercollegiate athletics equipment environment. Experience working with football equipment. AEMA certified
FLSB1310 Equivalency:
4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.
6 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for master's degree.

Grow Here .Inventory management - maintain an accurate inventory per the policies and procedures set forth by the supervisor of the equipment department. Receive and issue inventory accurately through the ACS inventory management program
Budget management - Forecast and order equipment on a need basis under the supervision of the Director of Equipment operations
Oversee student manager program for football - Look for prospective student managers, interview, and oversee hiring and/or firing of all student managers
Assist with equipment day to day operations of the football team - make sure all football athletes, coaches, staff, and any personnel have what they need to carry out their job on a daily basis. Monitor inventory, monitor laundry processing, monitor student assistants, monitor the football equipment budget
Fit athletes for equipment - properly fit football student athletes for protective equipment based off of NOCSEA standards and manufacturer standards
