Associate (Finance)
The Role:
As an Associate in the Investment Consulting group, primary responsibilities will include the assessment and generation of analytical quarterly reports including portfolio data collection and analysis, delivering accurate portfolio accounting information, collecting manager data on asset classes, and analyzing information using tools such as PARis and Bloomberg. This person will assume full responsibility for quality, accurate quarterly reports and meeting deadlines. In addition, this position will include some administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to, editing reports, entering meeting notes and client correspondence into our client management system and maintaining client files. The Associate will also contribute to the management and completion of client projects including asset allocation and structure reviews and coordinating rebalancing directives.
The Requirements:
The candidate will have an undergraduate degree in business, finance, or mathematics. Coursework or experience in basic accounting, bookkeeping or portfolio accounting is preferred. The candidate must have a strong attention to detail with a quantitative and a computer background. An interest in investments including a familiarity with quantitative financial techniques is desired.

The current salary range for this position is $62,500-$75,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
