Access Manager (Education)
The Access Manager oversees referrals and access for St. Francis Hospice and supportive services to meet hospice census and community outreach goals. This position nurtures and maintains strong relationships within the healthcare community and general public to build a healthy referral pipeline.
This role leads referral/admissions teams and vendor partners to ensure efficiency and high-quality access. Success is measured using key metrics, such as referral volume, referral-to-admission conversion rate, average time from referral to admission, non-admit rates, and timeliness benchmark.
