Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Project Administrator to join our Resilience East Region team, in any of the following locations (Highlands Ranch, CO or Syracuse, NY). This will be a remote role supporting staff in various locations. The role will primarily support the Resilience East Project Management community as well as our operations lead and the Finance team supporting the group. Job specific training will be provided by Arcadis, as needed.

Role accountabilities:

  • You will provide the Certified Project Manager (CPM) with monthly financial status reports, and develop, track, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and other related outputs/reports. You will facilitate invoicing, cost transfers, and write downs on projects, in addition to project set ups for new clients and subcontractors, and verifying that the invoices comply with contract terms. You will collaborate with our Global Shared Service Center (GSSC) partners in many of these tasks, directing and facilitating the process while maintaining QC responsibility of the tasks and working as an extension of the CPMs. You will also be working closely with the Project Controller and Finance Manager for this group to elevate challenges that you encounter and follow up on issues as identified by them
  • You will need to have a clear understanding of revenue calculations and how they are generated in Oracle. You will facilitate requirements of international work tasks as well as assist with foreign currency transactions. You will coordinate and verify in the accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) dashboards/departments that each project is within accounting compliance.
