Marketing Automation Manager (Marketing)
Job Summary
The Marketing Automation Manager serves as the enterprise Marketo Architect and subject matter expert, responsible for designing, building, and optimizing marketing automation workflows, drip campaigns, and lead management processes. This individual owns the technical execution of demand generation initiatives, including platform integrations, campaign performance analysis, and process improvements. The role is hands-on and highly collaborative, supporting cross-functional teams with strategic consultation and executional excellence.Job Description

Work Experience
7+ years of experience in demand generation, email marketing, or marketing automation.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Deep expertise in Adobe Marketo, including campaign architecture, automation, and program development.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
Detail-oriented with excellent QA and troubleshooting capabilities.
Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams, including sales.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Certification / Licensure
Marketo Certification preferred
Work Experience
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions.
Familiarity with marketing technology roadmaps and process improvement methodologies.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
