The Stella-Jones Railway Ties team is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our sales team at our Pittsburgh office. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, quotes, bids and contracts as well as handling changes that occur with these. Additionally, the position involves answering incoming calls, working directly with customers in helping with questions, and assisting Regional Sales Managers with quotes as well as gathering sales and marketing information.
This position is open due to an internal promotion and is office-based in Pittsburgh (at 1000 Cliff Mine Road) with an opportunity to work on a hybrid office/remote basis once trained and integrated into the team.
Key Duties:
Enter orders into the system
Provide quotes and assist Regional Sales Managers and field merchandisers
Working closely with customers
Help coordinate shipments with Plants and Transportation Department
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Work experience in a customer service or inside sales support role required; Two or more years of experience working with B2B or industrial customers preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (including Excel) required
SAP or other ERP system experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail
