Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail, or other customer service orientated positions. Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office helpful. Punctuality, reliability and motivation are necessary.

Grow Here .Navigate through specialized parking and cashier systems to complete transactions for payments by check or money order for tuition and fees, parking permits and citations. Advise and interpret policies/procedures regarding payment deadlines, and parking rules/regulations. Research student accounting system to analyze transactions and communicate results to the student or appropriate person. Makes contact with key areas/offices to resolve student issues. Answer phone, emails, and in person inquiries about parking on campus as well as tuition and fee charges.
Perform general administrative tasks and other duties, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and mailing out statements and correspondence.
