Inventory Clerk (Finance)
Essential Functions:
- Execute material verification Based upon information provided by the Plant Scheduler and Production Supervision.
- Validating material movement transactions
- Maintain continuous and accurate cycle counting of the facility
- Coordinate cycle counting with forklift drivers on shift
- Prepare and participate in weekly physical inventory.
- Direct monthly product inventory, perform verifications, and keep spreadsheets up to date
- Understand and utilize the FIFO methodology
- Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
- Take apart job jackets after completion Back up administrative assistant

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
Work Experience:
- At least two or more years related experience with inventory control and/or combination of education and experience: required.

- Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
- Ability to work on a alternate shift as needed
