- Planning and leading fun, creative, and therapeutic activities for residents
- Organizing everything from bingo to live entertainment to holiday parties
- Getting to know residents and tailoring programs to their interests
- Coordinating with other departments to support holistic care
- Keeping documentation of participation and activity outcomes
- Spreading positivity, laughter, and community spirit throughout our facility!

- Experience in activity planning, recreation, or senior engagement
- Certificate not required but definitely a bonus
- A warm, outgoing personality and strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- A passion for bringing joy to others and creating moments that matter
