Specialist, Program Operation (Temporary - Remote) (Biotech)
Looking to make a meaningful impact through your exceptional organizational and customer service skills? Join our team as a Program Operations Coordinator where you'll be the backbone of our program's success. In this role, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across various projects and events. Scripps offers a remote work option for this position.
Serve as the primary resource providing support to projects/programs through extensive collaboration with key stakeholders
Utilize and maintain software systems for implementation of various projects, events and processes
Respond to inquiries from program sponsors and participants and serve as the main point of contact for monitoring shared email inbox
Handle complex customer inquiries related to custom-design online platforms
Create schedules and align activities to ensure meeting project deliverables
Create, prepare, update and proofread presentations, materials and reports as needed
Provide program and event-planning support to the program management team as needed
Maintain program data for annual reporting purposes for assigned areas of focus
Work on special projects and customer service initiatives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of relevant experience required
CMP certification preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience learning and utilizing various software systems
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations
Highly organized with excellent project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to gather information and recommend solutions to challenges
May require the ability to work evenings and weekends to support program events
Some travel may be required annually for site visits, meeting coordination, and special events
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
