POSITION OVERVIEW:

LEAD MECHANIC FOR FIRST SHIFT TO JOIN A RAPIDLY GROWING SHOP, SUPPORTING AN EXPANDING, HIGHLY RESPECTED ORGANIZATION.

These positions perform necessary maintenance and repair task on various semis, tractor trailers, loaders, skid steers, mid-size truck fleet to ensure optimal usage, minimal down time and safety for our workers.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Safely performing assigned tasks in compliance with company policies and proceduresAccurately completing repair orders and keeping notes on repair orders to document repairsMaintaining a clean and safe work environment
