Customer Experience & Sales Specialist (Sales)



VersaTube is a leading producer of do-it-yourself (DIY) steel building kits, offering customers a complete, empowering experience--from personalized design to assembling their structure with basic home tools. We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) and Sales Specialist to join our growing team!

CX and Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries across preferred channels (phone, chat, text, and email).
· Deliver clear, professional communication throughout the customer journey, from pre-sale support to post-sale delivery and assembly assistance.
· Demonstrate strong product knowledge to guide customers in selecting designs that meet their needs and comply with local requirements.
· Support customers in placing online orders or complete transactions on their behalf for both full building kits and individual components.
· Open, track, and resolve service tickets for customers experiencing issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
· Provide proactive order status updates during fabrication, shipping, and delivery.
· Share actionable customer feedback with the company to improve products, processes, and service delivery.
· Collaborate with management to address escalated concerns, including payment or service disputes.
· Engage customers through multiple communication channels, maintaining a consistent and positive brand experience.
· Contribute to special projects and assignments as needed to support business and customer objectives.
