We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented leader to oversee all aspects of our Housekeeping operations. As Director of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the hotel, ensuring alignment with brand, corporate, and Department of Health guidelines. This role includes leading, training, and developing the housekeeping team, while also managing key financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, and inventory control.
What will I be doing?
As a Director of Housekeeping, you would be responsible for directing and administering all Housekeeping operations to ensure the overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
