Job Duties and Responsibilities

You will develop, implement and coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
You will design, deliver and coordinate engaging training programs using various methods (e.g., instructor-led, online modules, virtual workshops).
You will create and update training curricula, ensuring alignment with business needs and learning objectives.
You will manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its effectiveness and accessibility.
You will conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
You will apply adult learning principles to maximize the effectiveness of training programs.
You will utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
You will provide ongoing performance support to employees, helping them apply their training in their daily work.
You will track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
You will collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and integrate training into business processes.
