Position Summary
The Director, IT Infrastructure is responsible for leading the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Enerpac's global technology infrastructure. This includes networks, cloud platforms, data centers, service desk, end-user technologies, and connectivity across global plants and offices.
As Enerpac is an Oracle shop, this leader will work closely with Oracle application and functional teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of Oracle ERP, databases, middleware, and reporting platforms. The Director must be both strategic and hands-on-able to define global standards and roadmaps while also stepping in to troubleshoot during critical incidents.
