Job Description

Provides program administration / facilitation services for the Development Function as a whole entity. Supports by facilitating the smooth administration of all programs in the Development function. These include services such as new employee onboarding coordination within Development functions, senior leadership administrative duties, outside entity interaction (i.e. community outreach / community education / internal communications / philanthropy) for their respective business unit to follow up / address tasks given, provide documentation, and required reporting; identifying and clarifying documented procedures for their respective business unit, and generally ensuring the smooth performance of each business unit by completing assigned tasks. Depending on Business Unit access, response, and exposure to processes, technology access will vary.

Essential Functions

  • Assists in a wide variety of functional administrative tasks related to the assigned business unit (Development) or provide backup to business units when their assigned coordinator is out of office. This will include, but is not limited to, duties such as: Provide administrative support for Rewards specific initiatives and platforms. Have a higher level of analytics, communication, and strategic knowledge, for all of the Development units. Provide administrative support to senior leadership within Development. Prepare and set up for new employee orientations. Types, accumulates and maintains changes and policies to be incorporated in the Team Member Handbook. Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs. Responsible for administrative coordination of department led events such as department team building, meetings, and other events. Responsible for ordering / picking up department supplies as needed, including catering for events. Reviews and submits all invoices to Accounting for timely payments. Assist in the compilation of annual budget for department. Generate correspondence / make outgoing calls to facilitate meetings for community events / philanthropy etc. as directed. Takes a proactive role in streamlining and optimization of work and processes.
  • Assists with oversight of daily department workflow. Recommendation to Supervisor of needed department training. Provide leadership and mentoring through subject matter expertise.
  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or similar relevant field
  • 3+ years of administrative support, customer service experience, or relevant administrative experience

Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong organizational ability, interpersonal skills, discretion, judgment, and initiative.
  • Strong moral character to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
  • Able to analyze problems and take effective action or make appropriate recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for data entry.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and handle changing priorities based on business need.
  • Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships across a diverse coworker base while establishing trust and credibility with managers at all levels and across Development.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential assignments and information with tact and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrates a strong orientation towards member service.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with various levels within an organization.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is: $25.58 to $29.19 per Hour (S13)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.

This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
