Warranty Administrator (Administrative)
Fred Beans Nissan of Doylestown is looking to hire a Warranty Clerk Immediately!
Shifts: 12PM-7PM during the week with one day off in the week. Saturdays 8am-4PM
The Warranty Clerk would be responsible for entering warranty claims for payment, reconcile
warranty payment registers daily.

What youll do:
Know and understand all the manufacturers warranty policies and proceduresEnter warranty claims into the DCS system promptly and properlyCorrect and resubmit any rejected warranty claims denied or rejected by the manufacturerMonitor warranty claims submission, acceptance rate and resubmissionSubmit fleet claims for payment and
reconcile payments.Report to management any abuse or fraudulent manipulation of warranty claims.Send in extended warranty claims to the proper warranty company. Monitor schedule and follow up on any aged items.Complete service loaner agreements.Assistservice advisors in scheduling service appointments.Back up cashierduring lunch breaks and illness.File service department repair
orders.Assist Service Manager with other clerical duties
