Clinical Research Coordinator Acton, MA (Onsite) (Finance)
The Clinical Research Coordinator - Innovation is responsible for supporting the management and execution of early-stage clinical activities from study initiation through study closeout for domestic and international studies as well as support other related initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare clinical study budgets for finalization
- Collect study metrics to disseminate to the internal teams
- Assists with the update and maintenance of clinical schedules, trackers, and documentation
- Support the management of clinical document version control and upload to document control platform
- Coordinates participant recruitment
- Maintain studies on clinicaltrials.gov
- Prepare distribution of copies of finalized study documentation.
- Maintain and organize clinical directories
- Maintain electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
- Requests POs and tracks all study related invoices
- Participates in team meetings and tracks action items
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree/or an equivalent combination of education or experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Experience with medical device research, start-up and/or early-stage development preferred
- Direct experience in participating in the execution of clinical research studies
- Must have analytical skill, be detail oriented and have good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and ICH guidelines

- Ability to communicate cross-functionally across the organization
- PC skills; word processing, spreadsheet, database, Internet search and utilization
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $34.00 - $51.25. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
