Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other care team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license required
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred, but new grads welcome
