Senior Manufacturing Associate (Finance)
As a Manufacturing Associate here at Honeywell, you will employ critical thinking in a clean room environment. Use your knowledge of chemistry fundamentals to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under direct supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented chemists to develop and optimize chemical formulations, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development of Honeywell's next generation of products. You will run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes. You will be a part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of our projects and programs.

- Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Experience in a clean room laboratory
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science degree
- Works under minimal supervision
- Leadership or coaching experience to direct and/or indirect reports
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and quality standards
- Perform testing and inspection of finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Package and label products for shipment, ensuring proper documentation and traceability
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S principles
- Follow all safety protocols and report any safety hazards or incidents
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns
