Manager, Education Innovation (Finance)

SUMMARY

The Manager, Education Innovation, is responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that enhance healthcare delivery through innovative learning practices. This leadership role drives the development and implementation of transformative learning solutions for healthcare professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools to meet the evolving needs of the dialysis industry.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in healthcare education, clinical training, and continuous professional development, with a strong focus on integrating innovative technologies into medical and nursing learning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

Leadership in Healthcare Education

  • Develop innovative educational programs aligned with clinical needs and business goals.
  • Monitor emerging trends in healthcare education (e.g., simulation-based learning, telemedicine, AI) and integrate them into professional development initiatives.
  • Design curricula and training programs to enhance the skills of healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Innovation in Healthcare Learning Technologies
  • Leverage technology to support continuous learning in the flow of work.
  • Utilize advanced platforms (e.g., virtual reality, e-learning, mobile solutions) to enhance clinical education.
  • Pilot, evaluate, and scale educational technologies that improve accessibility, engagement, and knowledge retention.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders, educators, and technology vendors to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Clinical, Operations, HR, IT) to align education programs with organizational priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary care teams to assess needs and launch effective education programs.

Program Management and Implementation
  • Lead educational projects from conception through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
  • Integrate innovative learning methods into existing professional development and continuing education programs.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of training activities across corporate offices, remote facilities, and physician education.

Data-Driven Evaluation
  • Apply analytics and learner feedback to measure program effectiveness.
  • Track outcomes related to competency development and ensure compliance with standards.

Thought Leadership and Advocacy
  • Stay current with research and best practices in healthcare education and innovation.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and publications to advocate for innovative practices.

Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on education innovation.
  • Provide professional development opportunities to maintain expertise in healthcare education advancements.
