Branch Manager (Project Management)

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager in our Pembroke, MA location. As an operational and sales leader, you will be responsible for the growth and general management of the branch, including, P & L oversight, branch sales, and overall operations in the Pembroke Territory.
Responsibilities
The Branch Manager will lead a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service for homeowners and businesses alike. As an operational and sales leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including, P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.
What We're Looking For:
Previous service management or operations experience in a route-based or service-oriented business is preferred. (i.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care, or construction) Other types of management experience may be considered. We seek individuals with high integrity who are creative thinkers with an emphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships. And those who can generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities within existing customer base, and meet defined territory profit increase goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of operational responsibility, including P&L responsibilities and forecasting
- Experience driving plan revenue and profits
- Ability to drive sales and service excellence
- High level of business acumen
- Experience providing strategic planning and succession planning initiatives
- Experience conducting/managing third party audits in a pest control environment
- Motivation/Passion/Desire to build teams, recruit, train & cultivate top performers, and enable future success within the organization
- Must be 18 years of age

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, base salary
