What You'll Do:
Step into a role where every day is an opportunity to make a difference. You'll work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on, personalized care that changes lives. From guiding patients through rehab exercises to recording progress and celebrating achievements, you'll be involved in every step of the recovery journey.
- Deliver treatment sessions as directed by the Physical Therapist and physician's care plan
- Document daily notes and weekly progress updates in compliance with PT Board regulations
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and inspiring rehabilitation environment
- Collaborate in patient care conferences and team meetings to ensure whole-person care
- Provide training and support for nursing staff and Restorative Aides
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers in home programs to ensure lasting results
- Identify and report equipment needs to keep the department running smoothly
- Share your knowledge and energy by participating in staff in-service training sessions
What Sets You Apart:
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state
- Comfortable using clinical software such as Casamba and Point Click Care
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinical procedures and policies
- Sound problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Enthusiasm for working with people of all backgrounds and abilities
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of an active, hands-on care environment

Summary of Benefits
