Operations Lead Analyst - Cigna Healthcare - Remote (Finance)



Job Summary

The Operations Lead Analyst provides critical support to the Clinical Strategy & Operations team by managing business processes, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating operational activities across multiple stakeholders. This role combines strong analytical skills with operational execution and administrative coordination to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role reports to the Director, Clinical Execution & Operations.

Responsibilities

Operational Coordination & Support

  • Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and communications for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, including offsite meetings, vendor engagements, and executive briefings.
  • Support travel planning, expense reporting, and procurement processes in alignment with company policies.
  • Assist staff with IT coordination and issue resolution.

Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain and update operational dashboards, headcount trackers, and organizational charts.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to time tracking, training compliance, and vendor performance.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles including reconciliation and performance summaries.
  • Vendor & Facilities Administration
  • Support vendor onboarding, contract tracking, and invoice processing using SAP or similar systems.
  • Track and reconcile vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments and accurate reporting.
  • Manage office supply inventory and coordinate catering and conference room logistics.

Process Improvement & Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational workflows.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and support business continuity planning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for issue resolution related to systems, reporting, and logistics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, executive support, or administrative coordination.
  • Experience in healthcare, consulting, or corporate operations environments preferred
  • Familiarity with clinical or business operations in a payer or provider setting preferred
  • Exposure to facilities management, training compliance tracking, or financial reconciliation preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with time tracking, expense systems, and vendor management tools (e.g., SAP, SRM).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a matrixed environment.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,400 - 127,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
