Pay: Weekly pay, starting at $18.75+plus $1/hr Weekly Attendance Bonus

Maintenance technician will perform work to keep machines, mechanical equipment and the structure of the facility in repair. Performs diagnostics, repairs and lubricates machinery, installs piping and conduit using tools and equipment common to the trades.
Essential Functions
Required but not limited to:
· Performs all assigned work safely using all required PPE's.
· Uses common hand and power tools and wrenches, welding and cutting, as well as precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
· Provides unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance during machine service.
· Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
· Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determines how to best correct the issue by checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
· Plans and lays out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
· Ability to disassemble devices to access and remove defective parts.
· Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts, and reassembles equipment.
· Uses CMMS to record process and parts used for maintenance or repair work.
· Uses best practices and improves upon them to meet or exceed accepted task completion time and quality standards.
· Maintains work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
Work Environment

· Subject to hot/cold temperatures.
· May be subject to loud working environment that require PPE.
· Skin exposure to oils and/or coolant.
· Climbs ladders and work at heights in elevated platforms.
