Production Technician - Synergy (Finance)

Arthrex is actively searching for a Production Technician for Synergy Integration. Main Objective: Responsible for building installation kits of Synergy operating room integration systems and ensuring quality requirements are met. Provide support to project management through accurate management of Synergy inventory and ensuring on-time delivery of Synergy integration systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiates and investigates inventory, bin status, and shipping reports.
  • Research inventory discrepancies in SAP, including adjusting orders and correcting inventory errors.
  • Build installation kits per picklist and ensure projects are shipped complete.
  • Ensure components meet compliance regulations.
  • Assist with product configuration and system testing in addition to the completion of Device History Record documentation.
  • Responsible for system pre-test and build through software and/or hardware deployment.
  • Maintain accuracy of all Synergy inventory transactions in computer system.
  • Responsible for handling all aspects of supply procurement and managing levels to ensure availability.
  • Strong collaboration with logistics to ensure prompt receipt of components and on-time delivery.
  • Strong communication with project management to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Regularly update status of tasks assigned in project management system.
  • Assist in the investigation, planning, communication and implementation of project management solutions.
  • Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Investigates and provides clear and concise communication to inquiries.
  • Submits purchase order requisitions for indirect materials and warehouse supplies.
  • Coordinates and monitors daily workload and resources.
  • Provides feedback to management on personnel performance and system processes.
  • Provides recommendations for improvement
  • Assists in training of new employees.
  • Completes additional projects as assigned.
  • Completes all required training in a timely manner.
  • General housekeeping and cleanliness of the working area.
  • Must have the ability to perform tasks by reading, understanding, and following work instructions/documents provided.
  • Travel up to 20%

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of inventory control experience required. (in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.)
  • Experience performing shipping and receiving duties is highly preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Basic Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
  • Experience working with audio/video, fiber optics, and/or electrical components.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
