Job Description:

Highly organized and technically capable Maintenance Technician with a strong focus on administrative and project management responsibilities, and a solid foundation in manufacturing technical practices. Support the reliability and maintenance functions through a combination of administrative coordination and technical execution.

Responsible for managing maintenance documentation, scheduling preventive and predictive tasks, and assisting with equipment reliability maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience with maintenance systems, and a foundational understanding of reliability practices in a manufacturing environment.

Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments.

Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways. Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require initiative and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically, a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in Manufacturing Maintenance Operations or related field.
  • May include highly experienced individuals performing higher level or equivalent work degreed in an unrelated field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven project management experience to support and lead technical projects within our operations.
  • Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, records, including operational procedures, and compliance reports.
  • Assist in internal and external readiness for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
  • Support inventory management of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment uptime, maintenance completion, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians, engineers, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping.
