Learning Center Manager (Finance)



The Learning Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art corporate learning facility, ensuring seamless experiences for all participants and visitors. This role combines facilities management with exceptional customer service to create a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment conducive to learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Visitor Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all learning center visitors
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere through professional greetings and orientation
  • Anticipate and address visitor needs to ensure comfort and satisfaction
  • Manage visitor check-in process and security protocols

Program Support

  • Collaborate with meeting planners to understand and support program needs
  • Collect visitor feedback regarding facility and operational aspects
  • Generate reports on facility usage, visitor satisfaction, and operational metrics

Facility Management

  • Oversee all aspects of the physical learning center, ensuring the center is properly maintained, organized, and ready for use
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to manage room configurations, equipment set up, and other various requests as necessary
  • Coordinate and manage catering services with food services vendor

Scheduling & Operations

  • Manage the scheduling for all learning center activities, optimizing space utilization
  • Coordinate with training teams, facilitators, executive admins, and departments to book appropriate rooms
  • Provide operational support for in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning and meeting events

Technical Support

  • Oversee audio/visual equipment and services, ensuring all technology is functioning properly and all technical needs are met
  • Stay current with learning technology trends and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in facility management, event coordination, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and people skills with strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and facility management tools
  • Strong organizational and operational skills combined with keen attention to detail, so that any issues can be quicky and effectively resolved. Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to flex hours as needed based on scheduled sessions in the learning center in order to provide optimal support.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
