Roseville Care Center is seeking a skilled and flexible On-Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a PM/NOC Float Nurse. If you thrive in a supportive, resident-focused environment and enjoy stepping in where you're needed most, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do:

• Provide quality nursing care during PM and NOC shifts as a float nurse
• Support different units and adapt to changing resident care needs
• Document and manage care using PointClickCare (PCC)
• Collaborate with a caring, team-oriented staff to ensure the best outcomes for residents

What We're Looking For:

• Active LVN license in California, in good standing
• PCC experience required
• Flexibility to work on-call PM and NOC shifts
• Compassionate, dependable, and a strong team player
