Human Resources Data Analytics Manager (Finance)



Job Description:

Summary:

The Human Resources Data Analytics Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of the collection. analysis, and reporting of workforce-related data. Leveraging cross-functional knowledge within HR functional areas and data analytics, the incumbent will partner with HR leadership to design and implement a broad strategic and operational plan for workforce analytics across the enterprise.

Essential Accountabilities:

  • In partnership with HR and enterprise leadership, accountable for the development and execution of a comprehensive workforce analytics strategy, aligned with enterprise business goals.
  • Oversees the design and governance of HR dashboards and reports throughout the employee lifecycle, leveraging the organization's Workday application.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations, analyses, and discussion documents. Ensures stakeholders across the enterprise receive accurate, timely, and relevant updates. Provides summary reports and presentations to leadership.
  • Establishes and evolves data governance standards for human resources, including data integrity, privacy, and compliance - with input from cross-functional stakeholders across the organization's Data Governance, Privacy, and Legal functions.
  • Provides leadership and coordination that empowers HR functional staff, particularly the HR Strategic Business Partner function, to educate leaders across the enterprise on utilization of HR-related data.
  • Develops and maintains productive relationships across the enterprise - working productively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to define and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proactively leverages knowledge of the healthcare business and employment landscape to understand and explain workforce data in the context of both the enterprise and its position within the broader healthcare landscape.
  • Proactively assesses strategic impacts and risk resulting from the analysis of HR data using a collaborative planning process.
  • Consistently demonstrates high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companies' mission and values, adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct, and leading to the Lifetime Way values and beliefs.
  • Maintains high regard for member privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures.

  • Performs other functions as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four or more years of direct data analytics-focused experience with at least two years of this experience in workforce analytics - preferably in diverse, geographically and functionally dispersed organizations with medium-to-large employee populations. Some HR functional experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing a scalable workforce analytics roadmap that delivered measurable business impact. Demonstrated proficiency as a project manager.
  • Demonstrated skill with and success at transforming raw data into compelling stories which provide actionable insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Working knowledge of health plan operations preferred; working knowledge of the healthcare industry required.
  • Demonstrated analytical, strategic thinking, and critical thinking skills with the ability to provide proactive and creative solutions to business problems. Ability to identify root causes of business and workflow problems and determine innovative sources for solutions and opportunities.
  • Flexibility, knowledge, and judgment to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Strong persuasive and effective communication, presentation, relationship building, and management skills. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with and communicate effectively to all levels of stakeholder within an organization.
  • Demonstrated advanced computer proficiency required; direct Workday experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a home office for continuous periods of time for business continuity.
  • Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed.

Compensation Range(s):

Grade E6: Minimum $79,068 - Maximum $142,322

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's minimum qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components of the total rewards package may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
