Product Lead Analyst - Forsyth Health - Remote (Finance)



SUMMARY:

The Product Lead Analyst for Clinical Data Dashboard Discovery role is key to the enterprise and will be supporting a highly complex and growing area within the health care data and product development space. As a strong individual contributor, the role will collaborate on analytic and product development efforts and help design Forsyth's clinical data dashboard products to enable research within the commercial Pharma space. Responsibilities include prototyping external-facing clinical dashboards, understanding user needs and use cases, and evaluating structured and unstructured clinical data, to help bring user-friendly and informative datasets to market. This role will work closely with the internal Technology, Analytics, and Client Services teams to support and showcase Forsyth data capabilities with both existing and potential clients.

This is an opportunity for a data visualization and analytics professional to meaningfully impact the design and development of the Forsyth's Clinical Dashboard offering.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop prototypes for new and enhanced dashboards that quickly and effectively communicate valuable insights to users.
  • Investigate different types of data (clinical, medical and pharmacy claims, EMR, lab) to understand availability and quality of data elements for inclusion in dashboard products.
  • Create clear product specifications for Technical and Analytical teams. Perform user acceptance testing of developed dashboards prior to launch.
  • Ensure new product success through close collaboration with multiple departments which may include business development, client services, research and development teams and other product partners.
  • Possess advanced knowledge in data visualization and user interface design, and has a seasoned understanding of the data business and pharmaceutical industry environment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional initiative, creativity and innovation skills.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics and data visualization, preferably with healthcare data assets (e.g., open/closed claims, inpatient/ambulatory EMR, Social Determinants of Health, etc.).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience using SQL, programming against large relational databases leveraging linked, patient-level data at scale.
  • Experience conducting independent analyses, then summarizing findings and recommendations to audiences at various technical levels.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc.
  • A data-driven personality w/ Intellectual curiosity and internal motivation.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 84,100 - 140,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
