Clinical Operations Assistant, Cardiovascular and Neurodiagnostic Services (Finance)



Work Schedule:
100%, day shift. This is a hybrid position with some time spent working remotely as well as in office at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of the department including preparation of reports, assisting with calendar management and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure departmental and staff compliance with applicable policy and procedure requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor departmental needs such as the purchase of supplies, materials, services or equipment.
  • Act as a resource, responds to questions and provides support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.
  • Assist with SharePoint management, schedule and template builds and reporting of metrics.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
