Master's/Doctorial degree in nursing preferred. New graduates will be considered for employment after certification and licensure is completed. Candidates with experience are preferred, especially experience in full scope practice and tertiary level of care. A broad range of experience with outpatient women's health, family planning, prenatal and postpartum care along with inpatient prenatal, intrapartum and postpartum care is preferred.

Provision of midwifery care including the management of primary health screening, health promotion, and the provision of care from adolescence through the lifespan as well as the neonatal period
This includes care related to preconception, pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum recovery, normal newborn recovery, infant feeding including human lactation, comprehensive gynecologic, reproductive, and sexual health care, and post-menopausal care
