Job Title: Outpatient Therapy Leader
Salary: DOE
Schedule: Flexible

Duties:

  • Administer the operations of the Outpatient therapy department, including clinical oversight, program development, billing, budget, recruiting, retention, marketing, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer rules and regulations, and maintain high standards of care using evidence-based practice.
  • Supervise and support therapy staff, including orientation, training, competency verification, and caseload management.
  • Develop and implement business development initiatives, marketing strategies, and quality standards for program outcomes and performance improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with administration, physicians, the public, and medical personnel, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and community education programs.

Qualifications:

  • Active State Licensure/Registration and National Certification for required disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of various payers and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with revenue/expense information and budgetary control.
  • Compliance and integrity: Model and reinforce ethical behavior in accordance with the Code of Conduct; adhere to organizational policies and guidelines; support compliance initiatives; maintain confidences; admit mistakes; conduct business with honesty; show consistency in words and actions; follow through on commitments.
