We are currently looking for an Options Strategy and Trading Analyst to join our Equity Derivatives Sales Desk at our New York, NY office.

About the Role
We are seeking a bright, curious, and technically capable Analyst to join our Equity Derivatives Sales Desk. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance, technology, and client engagement. You'll work directly with senior salespeople, traders, and structurers, helping deliver complex derivative solutions to institutional clients - while also leveraging modern tools like Python, AI/ML, and data analytics to enhance how we serve our clients and scale our business. You will work in a dynamic, high-energy sales environment on a leading derivatives desk. You will learn how to merge financial intuition with technical horsepower, develop into a variety of more senior roles depending on fit and need (sales, trading, strategy and quantitative operational). You will have opportunity to learn all the intricacies of the equity derivatives market, from execution and clearing to structuring ideas and advising clients on strategy. The anticipated starting salary range for New York individuals expressing interest in this position is $80,000 - $125,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
